For the rains ever did fall and touch
Upon lost land barren held in clutch
Days forgotten ever there but stand
Nights becoming again hand in hand
Words written in sand broken by time
Where day dreams greet shadows line
There remain in waiting for touch again
Beneath eternity love waits and remains

I like this one very much. Words written in sand feel temporary but also measured out like the sands of time.
