She stared at the skies , mesmerized in a way but everything was all to familiar as she watched the night unfold .The evening was approaching as she waited in anticipation for a so familiar sight .

  Watching her he saw how her eyes danced across the sky , searching maybe ? , Afraid to approach her he just watched her as he had before , what she saw in the skies he saw in her .

As the night crept in and threw it's veil over the land she waited as she had done a million times before it seemed , but she was drawn to watch .And as darkness came the skies lit up and once again she gazed  across it till she found what she sought .

He sat in silence , fixed on watching her as she tilted her head back and watched .What was it that drew her to stare  endlessly into the heavens ? What had her so captured that the world around her faded away ? But as darkness came and the skies showed all he also stared hoping to see what was seen by her that he couldn't understand.

She laid back onto the grass so she saw nothing but skies , but she knew he was there , she had seen him waiting there before .He must be lonely as well she thought , maybe he see's what i see ? Strange man !, never a word or even a Hi , just sits there thinking I don't know ! But her eyes are fixed on what she had come to see again , And in it's own way there was a connection , an invisible Thing ? she can't understand it but she felt something familiar in it

 He becomes lost between watching her and the skies , what is out there that draws you to stare so ? He sees the skies , the stars glitter along with the moon who is doing it's best to light the night . He wants to go ask her but can't get the courage to do so , One day I will ask  he whispers , One day I will ask you what you see ! . And silently a cool night breeze creeps in making him glad he wore his jacket.......

She feels the breeze on her skin , How suddenly it came ? Slowly turning her head enough she sees him staring at the sky , Do you see ? do you feel what I feel she wonders .He can't understand ! and it's getting late and he stands up and starts to leave  ,Walking past her he pauses ."What do you see ? " the words come out without thought ! What captures you so ?. She sits up startled , " Why is the Moon so Lonely " she replies in question ." Where there are a million stars there's only one Moon ? Seems to me it's sad at night ?" He is frozen in his tracks , he had never even thought about anything like that ." I don't know " he blurts out " I have never seen it that way " She motions for him to join her , "Come , sit with me ! I'll explain " . Slowly he walks to where she is sitting and joins her .Unafraid strangely but there he is ! " So why do you think that " Is that why you come here so often ?" he asks.

She laughs , " I see a single object and every night except for a few it comes out as if looking " It's unfair as the stars have each other yet it is alone " It's shinning it's light in hopes of finding another it seems "!

He is caught of guard as he stared at the large glowing Moon , and he is struck by her way of seeing it ." It's as some people then , they are out and yet alone in a world of people , are seen but stand alone " he replies. Smiling she looks at him ."Yes very much like that , they as the moon are shinning there light out in hopes that someone sees them "

The breeze is getting cooler as she feels goose bumps and starts to shiver ! She doesn't have a jacket along as the evening had been comfortable till now .He sees her shiver , unsure he takes his jacket off and wraps it around her , smiling she says nothing as words aren't needed .

They sit there in silence watching the moon as it search's unaware that it was guiding them , for even in it's loneliness it saw others as it was and sent a message to the breeze to bring them closer .............and the stars shone  ever brighter as they saw a new beginning , and even the Moon shone a bit brighter that night
