The Beginning to The End

Part 2 ....The End ....

Sitting in the diner he stared out the window as cars drove by , eyes searching each one but finding only unfamiliarity .The waitress came and took his order , asked where he was from .He replied and she asked what brought me here ? but unable to answer he just said a drive .She laughed and commented that it must have been one long drive , smiling he could only say it had been . After he had eaten he just sat there and stared at what was around him , a feeling of being lost over came him and for a moment he trembled .His mind went back and recalled every thing he knew , he was close he could feel it .But the morning was passing and he needed to find a place to stay , even if only for a day , although he was prepared to stay till he had accomplished what he had come there for . Riding around he pulled into another gas station and asked about any hotels . |Motels in the area and was given a few  directions as to where to go so he left .After a while he found one and booked a room .Unpacking he collapsed onto the bed , exhausted both psychically and mentally he fell asleep .

He awoke and stared at his surroundings , it took a few moments to realize where he was , but then it set in ............he was there , ever so close .Walking to the window he was surprised to see it was evening , he had slept a long time ! .But time was his and he went and showered and got dressed ......strangely he was hungry so he rode out to see what he could find , some place quiet , he didn't want to be surrounded by people .And he found a small restaurant and had his supper , chatted a bit with the waitress and left , He rode around a bit but it was dark and the chances of seeing what he remembered would be hard , but he felt her , she was pulling him closer .Buying a bottle of wine he went back to his room and got lost in his music ,they had stopped talking a long time ago but he knew she thought about him as much as he did of her  .........he was terrified yet alive !

Morning came and he went and rented the room another night as per agreement , there wasn't a lot of people renting so he could go day by day .After a quick coffee he started riding , searching from memory .He knew he would know when it appeared and as the day went he saw what was , right there it was .....but he drove past , not like this ! He would wait , The rest of the day was spent going into shops and just seeing as everything was new again .In the earlier afternoon he again drove to where he had found what he knew was and parked and waited . After a while he saw her , she was leaving and he waited and followed . He was scared as he wasn't there for but one thing , for there eyes to meet for even a brief second .But ever careful he stayed at a distance watching as she pulled into a restaurant . As she went in he waited , then he parked and followed in , looking till he saw her sitting at there table .He choose a table where he was obscured but could see them , the moment was close and he needed to be ready . He simply ordered a drink and waited

The evening went slowly till he saw they were getting ready to leave , he quickly paid and waited , As she started to walk towards the teller he got up , eyes fixed on her , As she rummaged through her purse and then for a second she looked up and there eyes meet , but she looked down and froze and then he saw her slowly raise her head , there eyes meet ....he could feel her , she just stared as he smiled and his lips whispered ........There you are .......He saw her face , a face he knew , she looked so lost that he knew it was his time to leave , walking past her his hand brushed her as he walked out .His heart was racing as he started the bike ,sitting there he took one more last look and he he found her , she was staring back at him and he sensed a sadness , but he had done what they had wanted , and with a small smile he waved a subtle wave  ........the beginning had come to the end  ...they had meet and there eyes had found each other as they had always said they would .......and as he rode away a tear rolled down his cheek ..........
