Into dreams I watched you drift away

There in thoughts again but to stay

From days fright again taken to flight

In silence wait longing into the night

For as you slept into dreams i crept

Softly whispering in touch I wept

But to watch you stir as if knowing

So I wait fading unseen but showing

And through the night I remain near

Living in dreams there becoming clear

As by whispers and touch I find a way

For in dreams there I can always stay
